Who we are
Condo Painters Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a Toronto-based painting company. Our studio is at 18 Clubhouse Ct, Toronto, ON M3L 2K5. You can reach us at [email protected] or 416-896-1071.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide in the form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Project details — property type, square footage, services, ceilings, doors, etc.
- Anything you write in the description field
When you browse the site, we automatically collect:
- IP address and browser user-agent (for security and rate-limiting)
- The pages you visited during your session and the page you arrived from
- UTM parameters from links you clicked to reach us
Why we collect it
- To prepare your quote and contact you. We use your name, phone, and email to call or email you back about your project.
- To prevent abuse. IP, user-agent, and rate-limiting data stop bots from spamming our quote form.
- To understand which channels work. Page-trail and UTM data tell us which ads, articles, or referrals brought you here.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Quote submissions: kept indefinitely while you are an active or potential customer. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Abandoned form drafts: deleted automatically when no longer needed.
- Server logs: rotated regularly.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep your CSRF token consistent across the quote form. It expires when you close the browser. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on this site.
Your rights
You can email us at [email protected] to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Security
We store quote submissions in a SQLite database on our server with restricted file permissions. Email transmission uses TLS where supported. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
